GreensLedge Group

After leading the global structured credit business at J.P. Morgan, Brian Zeitlin and Jim Kane established The GreensLedge Group in October 2008 to provide independent transaction and restructuring advisory services to the global structured credit community. The GreensLedge team relies on its extensive expertise to assist issuer, investor and other market participants with both legacy issues and new business opportunities.

GreensLedge Capital Markets

In March 2010, GreensLedge launched a U.S. registered broker-dealer, GreensLedge Capital Markets, to focus on institutional fixed income sales and trading activities, and to establish a global financing and fundraising platform.

GreensLedge Asia

In September 2010, GreensLedge established GreensLedge Asia in Tokyo to provide advisory and institutional fixed income services to the Asian markets with an initial focus on Japan.  GreensLedge Asia was created in partnership with Iku Nishino, who previously served as J.P. Morgan’s Head of Fixed Income Sales in Japan.

Continued Growth

In July 2011, GreensLedge significantly expanded its platform with the addition of Ken Wormser, David Powar and a team of senior transactors from Natixis North America’s market-leading CLO and Credit Solutions business. The team enhanced GreensLedge’s platform with extensive experience in structured credit, derivative products, and asset management M&A advisory work.

GreensLedge Europe

In September 2012, GreensLedge continued to expand its global footprint with the formation of GreensLedge Capital Markets Europe. Paul Levy, as Head of European Investment Banking, leads a team focused on building out GreensLedge’s capital markets advisory and transaction execution capabilities for its global client base.

Expanded Leadership Team

In September 2013, Lesley Goldwasser joined GreensLedge's New York office as a Managing Partner, bringing with her significant experience across a variety of investment banking disciplines and strong relationships with key market participants.

GreensLedge Korea

In December 2014, GreensLedge expanded its activities in Asia with the formation of GreensLedge Korea, where a team of seasoned professionals is responsible for providing local corporate and financial institutional investors with advisory services related to credit and alternative investment products and other strategic solutions.

GreensLedge Takes on Investment From SuMi TRUST

In November 2017, GreensLedge agreed to sell over time a preferred, non-voting 20% ownership interest to Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, Limited.
