Charles Polizzi is a Senior Managing Director of GreensLedge. Before joining GreensLedge, Charles was associated with Citigroup as the CFO for the ICG Application Development Group where he led all aspects of financial reporting, planning, and analysis for a $2.7B global application development organization. From 2004 through 2010, he was responsible for finance, operations, and CLO compliance for Cerberus Capital Management’s middle-market structured lending business. Prior to that, he was the Executive Director for Operations and Finance for CIBC’s US Asset Securitization Group. He has a BA in accounting from Queens College and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
