Douglas Lipton is a Senior Managing Director of GreensLedge. Before joining GreensLedge, Doug was President at Meacham Advisors LLC – providing execution, advisory, and consulting services to financial services companies, asset originators, and institutional investors. From 2002 to 2008, Doug was a Director in Global Structured Products at Citigroup Global Markets, where he was responsible for covering consumer and commercial asset originators. At Citi, Doug was responsible for building a portfolio of investments in early-stage FinTech platform operators. Prior to Citi, he worked in the Debt Capital Markets and Asset Backed Securities groups at Goldman, Sachs & Co. starting in 1995. Doug has covered a range of products over his career, including unsecured consumer loans, middle-market and syndicated corporate loans, commercial mortgages, and other commercial financial assets. He has a BS in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Series 7, 63, and 79 licensed.
