Tad Van Norden is a Managing Director of GreensLedge. Before joining GreensLedge, he spent ten years as a corporate finance partner to Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, where he represented commercial and investment banks, investment funds, institutional investors, and asset managers in a broad array of domestic and cross-border transactions. Tad’s primary focus at Milbank was structured finance for many years, particularly advising arrangers, originators, issuers, and managers in CLOs and other securitizations of financial assets. He has extensive experience in the execution and workout of many types of structured deals. Tad was an associate at Milbank for eight years before becoming a partner. He holds a BA from Duke University and a JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Member of the New York State Bar Association.
