Naz Majidi is a Senior Managing Director of GreensLedge. She joined the firm in 2011 and runs the Liability Management & Ratings Advisory group. Naz advises clients in the middle market and alternative credit space, mainly working with diversified asset managers, credit hedge funds, and finance companies to set up financing strategies. She also structures vehicles for fundraising and financing purposes, tailored to insurance companies and pensions looking to invest in various asset types (including credit and private equity), in the form of rated feeders and CFOs. Prior to joining GreensLedge, she was part of the US Structured Credit and Conduits Group at Natixis Capital Markets for five years. Naz started her career at Goldman Sachs. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Lyon in France and a Master of Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Naz is Series 7, 63, and 79 licensed.
