Steve Vazquez is an experienced CLO investment professional currently working with GLAM to build our customized analytics platform and as a CLO Analyst. He most recently was a Fixed Income Analyst – Vice President at Wellington Management in Boston where he was the sole sector expert for CLOs. Prior to Wellington he was an Investment Officer at the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) in Sacramento, CA (2012 to 2015) where he helped grow the CLO AAA tranche portfolio from $2 Bn to $7 Bn of investments. From 2005 to 2011 Steve had several CLO related roles at Bank of America and Credit Suisse in New York. Steve began his career in Information Security at Millennium Pharmaceuticals. Steve holds an A.B. in Computer Science from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from New York University.
