Gaurav Malhotra is a Senior Managing Director of GreensLedge. Prior to joining GreensLedge, he was associated with J.P. Morgan for five years, most recently as an Associate in the Global Structured Credit business. Gaurav began his career in 2004 at J.P. Morgan in the CLO/CDO Structuring and Execution Group, where he closed securitizations backed by leveraged loans, ABS and MBS. At J.P. Morgan, Gaurav was responsible for organizing and executing all aspects of the deal process, including asset targeting, initial warehouse structuring, and ongoing surveillance, cash-flow modeling and liability structuring, rating agency analytics and negotiations, investor information requests, and document editing and execution. Gaurav holds a BS degree in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business. Series 7, 63, and 79 licensed.
