Mark David is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Direct Lending Capital Markets for GreensLedge. He is responsible for originating and executing middle market collateralized loan obligations and credit facilities on behalf of his clients. Prior to joining GreensLedge in 2011, he was associated with Natixis Capital Markets for five years, most recently as a Director in the US Structured Credit and Conduits Group. His primary focus was structuring CLOs in addition to other structured loan facilities. From 2004 to 2006, Mark worked at CIBC World Markets’ North American Credit Structuring group, where he specialized in structuring market value CDOs. Before attending business school, Mark spent five years in various positions within the Derivatives and Fixed Income group at Citigroup. Mark has an MBA and a BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario. Series 7, 63, and 79 licensed.
