Michelle Cao Moore is a Managing Director of GreensLedge. Prior to joining GreensLedge, she was associated with J.P. Morgan for more than eight years, most recently as a Vice President in the Global Structured Credit business. Michelle began her career in 2000 at J.P. Morgan in the CLO/CDO Structuring and Execution Group focusing on the SEQUILS-MINCS hybrid cash and synthetic loan securitization product. She has successfully closed securitizations backed by leveraged loans, high-yield corporate bonds, ABS, MBS and trust preferred securities in both cash and synthetic form. Michelle holds B.A. degrees in Foreign Affairs and Economics from the University of Virginia. Series 7, 24, 63, 79, and 99 licensed.
